Gidi Confidential is your one stop shop for all REPAIR TOOLS, BICYCLES and BICYCLE PARTS. In 2018 our CEO Larry wanted to fix his bicycle but could barely find where to order genuine parts online! Then came the idea to help others find genuine bicycle parts that are reliable and affordable.
Gidi Confidential employees are bicycle enthusiasts and passionate cyclists. We have more than 1000 inventories listed in our shop that have been specially chosen! SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping! Tracking numbers will be provided for your orders in a separate email once your item ships. All of our products are either shipped from our storehouse in Red Deer, Alberta Canada | Lekki, Lagos Nigeria or Sarasota, FL USA depending on the customers location.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed.
Shipping time varies depending on your location and which shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the mail carrier.
Standard USA USPS First Class: (2-8 Business Days)
Standard International Shipping: Estimated 3-12 weeks (Could take longer depending on location of country and duties.)
DHL international Shipping: (3-5 Business Days)
Returns, Refunds, & Replacements (if applicable):
Due to the limited quantity and demand of our products all sales are final. No Refunds can be granted once an order is placed. We do allow exchanges as long as a USPS return shipping label is included in the exchange package and the product is still in brand new condition.
Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order. If you do contact us within 12 Hours of your order to switch an item/Color, we can most likely make a switch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If your order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will send you a shipping invoice to have it resent to the correct address.
Gidi Confidential is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit, any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Gidi Confidential will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
We are not responsible for any extra taxes or fees your government may apply in order to get your order delivered.
